By using the services offered in Postaldesk.com web environment (hereinafter: the "Service"), you agree to the following terms (hereinafter: the "Terms"):
1. The provider of the Service is i45 OÜ (Commercial Registry code 12241237, place of business Mäealuse 2/1, 12681 Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail address info@i45.com) (hereinafter: the "Service Provider").
2. The aim of the Service is to offer to the users the possibility to create, use and administer the mailing lists (collection of e-mail addresses, to which e-mails can be sent by the e-mail address of the respective list).
3. The user is not allowed to reveal his/her user name and password to the others. The user shall be responsible and liable for all actions, made by the use of his/her user name and password.
4. By adding members (e-mail addresses) to a list, the user warrants that it is with sufficient certainty known to him/her, that the owner (user) of the respective e-mail address either wishes to be added to the list or at least it is very likely that being in the list with that e-mail address shall not disturb the owner (user).
5. The Service Provider does not check the correctness of the data provided by the user while creating the mailing list and/or registering; the user shall be liable for providing incorrect data.
6. The Service Provider merely provides the possibility to create and administer the mailing lists, but does not bear any liability for their content, usage purposes, etc. First of all, the Service Provider shall not bear any liability for whether the owners of the e-mail addresses given by the users as the members of mailing lists actually wish to be in the list.
7. Only the data required for creation and administration of the mailing list shall be retained in the course of Service. E-mails, sent via the Service, or their content, shall not be retained. The Service Provider does not guarantee retaining of the log of the e-mails sent via the Service for any period of time.
8. The Service Provider can at any time discontinue providing the Service. The Service Provider seeks to inform the users in due time of discontinuation, but does not guarantee that. The Service Provider shall not bear any liability for the inconvenience or damages that may occur to the users because of discontinuation.
9. The Service Provider has the right to retain information about the IP-address of the user and to save cookies required for the provision of the Service to the user's computer.
10. The Service Provider has the right to add information regarding the change in Terms, unsubscription options, etc. to the end of e-mails sent via the Service.
11. The Service Provider shall not bear any liability for the inconvenience or damages that may occur because of the Service not meeting the wishes of user or errors in the work of Service.
12. The Service Provider has the right to close user accounts and mailing list that violate the Terms, as well as lists and accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months.
13. The Service Provider has the right to amend the Terms. The continuing usage of the Service by the user is deemed as acceptance of the amended Terms.
